What we store and why

The estimator runs in your browser. Your inputs live in the page address so you can share them; we don't save them while you adjust them.

When you copy a share link or join the waitlist from the estimator, we store that estimate's inputs and the computed result (profit, EBITDA, payback) anonymously. It has no email, name, IP address or other identifier, and it isn't linked to your waitlist entry. We use these to improve the default assumptions.

When you join, we store:

• your email address,
• the role and fleet size you choose, and the metros you list,
• which page you joined from and any campaign tags in the link (utm parameters),
• the time you agreed to be contacted.

We use this only to invite you to the Fleetsly beta and to email you about it. We don't sell it or share it for advertising. Only Fleetsly platform administrators can read the list.

To stop automated sign-ups, we count requests per network for one hour. We never store your IP address: we store a one-way keyed hash of it combined with the hour, which can't be turned back into the address or linked across hours. Expired counters are deleted.

If analytics is enabled, we record a few product events (estimator viewed, scenario selected, estimate shared, waitlist joined) with PostHog to see which parts of the site are useful. Events carry the scenario, role or fleet size, never your email. Analytics keeps no cookies or local storage on your device.

You can unsubscribe from any email we send. To see or delete your waitlist entry, email privacy@fleetsly.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll handle it within 30 days.
